FABRIC DEPARTMENT
At Yavuzcehre, we produce and finish quality fabrics using our expert knowledge of raw materials and technology. This expertise is one of the key parts defining our business.
We guarantee quality and speed in developing and producing the most innovative and current materials by working with trusted yarn suppliers. We are proud pioneers in producing organic cotton and sustainable recycled fabrics, and our goal is to continue making use of renewable natural resources and improving our fabric cycle.
Each month, we produce 70 tons of single jersey, interlock, rib and loopback fabrics which are dyed and finished in-house.
We test all fabrics at our laboratory before production and keep the results for six months. Everything is measured – washing, piling, colour-fast and pH values – to maintain the high quality standards our clients expect.
Our sourcing team works closely with fashion fabric mills and trim suppliers for materials we don’t produce in-house. The team also travels to international fabric shows to keep up to date on future trends and our customers’ changing needs.
PRODUCTION
We deliver high-quality Made in Turkey garments because we plan every detail – from fabric production and procurement, cut and sew, to quality control and finishing.
Our production team is renowned for excellent workmanship and our manufacturing partners are highly efficient. Yavuzcehre production department is constantly growing in line with customer needs. To this end, we have screen and digital print machines and offer embroidery and special effects with our production partners.

Our main objective is to ensure Yavuzcehre products reach the customer on time and to the desired quality.
Our quality policy:
We strive to produce the best quality garments using the most efficient production methods, taking into consideration employee rights and the environment. At every stage in production, we carry out checks in accordance with procedures, standards and routines that are set by our customers. This includes fabric quality control, testing, sewing process standards and interim and final inspections.
Once completed, the packed garments are independently checked according to AQL 2.5 standards.
We also carry out regular audits across in-house production units and our manufacturing partners to ensure quality and standards are met sustainably.
